EU specific TPD regulations and fees

Each country has its own body to enforce TPD compliance, with country specific regulations and specific registration fees applying to each one.

It is important you budget for this and only register in the countries you are definitely going to launch into, so you do not incur any unnecessary country registration fees.

Croatia	HR	The ministry responsible for health can charge manufacturers and importers fees proportionate to the receipt, storage, handling and disclosure of information provided; the amount of compensation shall be established by the ministry responsible for health within 12 months from the date of enactment of this Act.
Cyprus	CY	No fee
Czech Republic	CZ	According to Czech stakeholders, as of 07 June 2016, the fee that may have to be paid by submitters of notifications is not yet decided.
Denmark	DK	Fee: 36,900 Krone per product and 14,700 Krone per product for annual maintenance of the notification. On 1 Oct 2016 and once a year after that, fee rates will be evaluated and adjusted. The following are exempted from payment of fees: Batteries Nozzles *Products that already paid entry fee or maintenance fee by another manufacturer or importer. The exemption applies only in the periods when the other manufacturer or the importer pays the fee.
