Increase in Polish notification fees

From 21 January 2022 Poland has increased notification fees by 8.8% under Tobacco Products Directive (TPD). The fee levels are dependent on the size of the company and range from approximately £320 to £1,000 per SKU.⠀

For notifications submitted after 21 January 2022, the following fees apply:⠀
• Small and micro-sized enterprises – 1 766,64 PLN (£324.46) for each notification (previously 1 623,14 PLN)⠀
• Medium-sized enterprises – 2 944,40 PLN (£540.77) for each notification (previously 2 705,23 PLN) ⠀
• Other enterprises – 5 888,80 PLN (£1,081.60) for each notification (previously 5 410,45 PLN)⠀
