The Decree of 7 March 2022 published in the Official Gazette introduced in Italy:
• the cost of notification of electronic cigarettes and refill liquids equal to 327.85 € per product;
• the cost of updates or corrections to e-cigarette and refill liquid notifications equal to 108.03 € per product.
These newly introduced tariffs are considered retroactive for products currently on the market. There are also annual costs, the amount of which is the subject of a request for clarification to the Ministry.
ADACT recommend any customers with products currently listed for sale in Italy which are not currently being sold there to contact us to discuss removing notifications, if they so wish.
