Denmark labelling changes for e-liquids
Denmark labelling changes for e-liquids will be introduced on 22 September 2023. To sell refill containers or e-cigarettes that may be used with nicotine containing liquids in Denmark, the label must be in Danish.
As of 22 September, each unit pack and any outer packaging of electronic cigarettes and nicotine refill containers shall contain a full list of ingredients in descending order by weight, as well as a batch number and a recommendation to keep out of the reach of children. The label must also carry a health warning that covers 30% of the surface area of the unit pack.
To read through the legislation and check that your products comply, go to https://www.retsinformation.dk/eli/lta/2021/481 and download the Executive Order on quality, labelling of electronic cigarettes and refill containers.
