The UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) now requires payment to be made at the time of TPD submission.
The benefit being that your Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) submissions will be reviewed and placed on the positive list much sooner. Previously you may have had to wait for your invoice from the MHRA, but this process has been streamlined with payment now being required at the time of TPD submission.
As such, please be aware that in the future ADACT will require the MHRA processing fee of £150 in advance to complete your submission.
