The Czech Republic have made changes to their regulations which have just started to come into force. New requirements to notify zero nicotine products under TPD are now active although there is confusion as the legislation also enforces the 10ml bottle limit. At this time, it isn’t clear from the rules if that extends to zero nicotine products or not. ADACT have asked for clarification and will update you accordingly.
