While shortfill 0mg products are not covered by the TPD in the UK, they do need to meet the General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) which show compliance through self-assessment of risk and product safety. Please note: TPD is still required for shortfills in Germany, Czech Republic and The Netherlands.
