Disposables checklist

Disposables are usually filled by manufacturers in China, so the compliance is already taken care of. For that reason, the ADACT disposables checklist will walk you through what is required.

Shortfills checklist

While shortfill 0mg products are not covered by TPD in the UK, they must comply with the General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) 2005, which show compliance through self-assessment of risk and product safety. Please note: TPD is still required for shortfills in Germany, Czech Republic and The Netherlands.

Nicotine range checklist

It is a legal requirement to ensure all e-cigarettes, vape devices and e-liquids are registered correctly under TPD to be sold in the UK and Europe. This includes nicotine salt versions of existing e-liquids. New nic-salt formulations require separate emissions testing to be legally compliant.
