As of 22nd September 2023, each unit pack and any outer packaging of electronic cigarettes and nicotine refill containers shall contain a full list of ingredients in descending order by weight, as well as a batch number and a recommendation to keep out of the reach of children. The label must also carry a health warning that covers 30% of the surface area of the unit pack.
