ADACT was one of the founders of Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) compliance testing for the vaping industry in 2015. Today, we are one of the largest providers of TPD (aka TRPR) consultancy services in the UK, Europe and USA.
Our founder, Damien Bové represents the vaping industry on the British Standards Institute (BSI) committee and the UKVIA. He also a member of the Institute of Clinical Research (ICR).
Currently, there is no regulated standard for TPD/TRPR testing beyond the need to validate your test. We have done so and exceeded this standard with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation.

When a 10ml product is sold exclusively in a box, the box is the unit pack and must have the warning. The TPD warning must be 30% of the front and back panels. The bottle inside does not need this, freeing up valuable space for branding.
